Another MLB device app question

Many thanks for helping me with the SIMPLE solution for my mobile device issues. I just needed to upgrade to the most current app. I usually avoid doing that, as a person who "grew up" in the Windows world.

Anyway, now I notice that the MLB app for smart TVs/devices is no longer offering the great option of one-minute RECAPS of games nor the even greater option of a CONDENSED version of games. WTF! I loved cruising through the odd game by watching the important stuff in about 10 minutes.

I am getting notifications on my mobile devices for links to condensed versions. But I dont see it anywhere on my smart TV. The TV app appears to be current, 4.0.0.144.00000000.

Anyone else getting these reduced versions of games on your smart TV/device? I actually have the MLB app loaded onto my Fire Box.

Not sure but the new "Catch Up" option is awesome. If you click on a game that is already in play you can see the top play highlights before it streams live. It's a genius idea.

Is this a mobile app thing or a smart TV app thing?
