They've been cracking down on this for a few years now. They have to reduce the foreign worker presence before they can tackle the out of control unemployment.

Reminds me of the bogus statistic the Bush and Obama administrations used/use for deportations in this country.  Each administration counted illegals as deported as long as their was paperwork saying they were deported even if they didn't show up at their deportation hearing.  It's really quite a brilliant level of lying sprinkled with manipulation.  If you like you're illegal, you can keep him.

Right now they're trying to keep all the Yemenis out. Down south there's checkpoints everywhere.
