I mean, with the weather being so crappy, nothing to do.

 

Explains why they watch women's basketball. I find the game unwatchable. Basketball to me isn't about clumsy ball handling and blown layups. The women's game has one or two dominant teams who just crush everyone else, which is another reason it hasn't really caught on with the American public.

 

I remember several years ago when WNBA players threatened to strike. I wondered to myself how many people would even notice if the league never played another game. I certainly wouldn't.
