What are your thoughts on Bo Way?

Seriously though, his tools seem to be varied, which is a good thing.    Being a college player could hasten his readiness time too.

I was more throwing out a name by role only.  Honestly, Bo Way's determining quality in my evaluation is his grinding method.  He's a runner, though unrefined, his routes aren't the best in the OF but he gets the job done.  Though it's an over-used description, I've never seen him go down without at least fouling off a few pitches.  Because of his approach and swing, I don't see a steep platoon split in LH and RH becoming an issue in the future.

 

I can see him growing into a 4th OF role similar to Cowgill but with more speed.  Not bad for someone we supposedly scooped up to ensure we stayed under the cap in the draft.
