The Israeli Foreign Ministry confirmed Louk’s death in a statement on X. “Shani who was kidnapped from a music festival and tortured and paraded around Gaza by Hamas terrorists, experienced unfathomable horrors,” it said. “Our hearts are broken. May her memory be a blessing.”

The article you quoted specifically said residents did not evacuate the war zone even after three weeks notice. They are intermingled with Hamas fighters.

Not that it matters really but this Israeli is not accurate. 

As I understand it, they didn't find her head.  They found a piece of her skull at the rave site and matched it to her DNA.  So she was executed with a firearm at close range causing skull fragments to dislodge.  Her intact body (except for the skull fragment) was then hauled back to Gaza.

You lose credibility when you engage in inflammatory hyperbole.  Just say she was executed at point blank range. That's inflammatory enough and also true.
