Sano surely didn't add more offense. Schanuel has started to hit again and might be starting to get locked in. Sano, on the other hand, has done little to nothing. His story is of the feel-good variety,  but that does not put runs on the scoreboard.

That is a sad thing my friend. Even though I fucking hate this team, I’m still here.  But we’ve lost a lot of good people, especially in the last year.

The 4th place Reds were trending down having lost 3 of their last 4 Series including getting Broomed by Seattle most recently.   Only series they won was vs Tier 6 White Sox.   Your Obi Wan mind tricks about the "tough schedule" are a failure.
