Frankly, with how bad the team looked in the first two games, Detmers + Soriano + Estevez pitched tremendously well for a victory. Let's win the series against Miami por favor.

If Soriano can keep up at that level of velocity/location for 5+ innings, that is huge and a potential Ace of the rotation in the long-run.

I think we can see that he gets shaky with runners on base, and in his second and third innings his command was not there to the same level it was in the first inning.

Right, a work in progress but his stuff is amazing.

Nice clean game mostly. Great pitching protected the early lead all the way. 

Nasty stuff from Soriano. 

A huge win to change the narrative and build confidence. But they need to string some good games together.
