That AAA roster just swept us in a four game series. At home. And is 7-3 against us this year.

First, props to Blanton.  He pitched a heck of a game.

 

Second, it was the worst possible outcome.

 

Blanton pitched well enough to give Scioscia the cover to drop Williams from the rotation; we still lost; and I have no doubt Blanton reverts to throwing BP in his future starts.
