2020 Angels ZiPS Projections

Basically everyone is having their worst career season.

That's why I don't take these predictions seriously. I know they're based on averages and shit but everything seems extremely conservative. 

The offense especially. I didn't count but that looks like they're gonna have about 9-10 WAR which is terrible.

They have NO faith in the bullpen.    No one projected to have under a 3.57 ERA in the pen?   No one projected to have under a 1.25 WHIP?    Undertaker: 3.84 ERA and 1.29 WHIP?

Lol they even have the younger players regressing.  Anyway, not too worried about it.  Some players will beat these projections.  Some probably won’t.  You play the games for a reason.

Still been waiting for Way to play at least one game. Just because when we was drafted, i think it was @Dave Saltzer that said "no way, we signed bo way". And its been stuck in my head ever since.

I really like the Halos bullpen.  I think *if healthy* as assembled this group will really surprise people.

Which ones?    The AL average ERA last year was 4.60 -- for SPs it was 4.76

ZiPS is notoriously conservative, the projection system is designed that way. Go look at other teams and you will see the same thing, it is not just the Angels.
