GO HALOS!!!! Go J.C. Ramirez!!!

Step up your game, J.C., to match competition that's tougher than your past several opponents!! Get a WIN!!

Go Trout, Albert, Calhoun, Simba and the rest!! Score early and often.

NO BUTTERCUPPING!!! (Sign should be posted at both ends of the dugout.)

Probably his hamstring again.  I noticed that he sort of reached toward it last night when he was sliding into 3rd late in the game.

My first thought as well. Probably to keep him off of the wet grass.

Feel bad for the fans that went to see Trout play then get a late scratch like that. REFUND

Years ago I bought tickets behind the A's dugout at Angel Stadium for my son's 10th Birthday. He got sick that day but we went anyway he wanted to see Mark McGwire and Jose Conseco play. They were both hitting tons of home runs and the Angels were not a good team at the time. Just our luck both players were given the day off. His birthday is just before the All Star Break.

From RotoWire

Trout had been nursing a hamstring injury the past couple days, and although he was initially tabbed to start in center field Saturday, there are reports that he aggravated the ailment during warmups. More information on the injury should become apparent once he's examined further by team doctors.

If Trout's hammy is going to be an issue for a bit, just bite the bullet and stick him at DH.

Running is a problem with a hamstring injury. So I wouldn't risk it. Maybe a pinch hit late in a close game, is all I would be comfortable with. It all depends on what our medical staff thinks.
