That felt like the longest 2 1/2 hour game I've been to.

They utilized the pitch clock and had one violation. It us the first in the three games I've attended and definitely speeds up the game. They also don't have commercial break time so the between innings are shorter.

There is a lot less players asking for time since the pitcher can't shake off twelve signs when he only has a two pitches he can throw. Otherwise his clock runs out and he is charged with a ball.

MLB needs to get a little tighter with the pitch clock and refuse more batter bailouts because they need to refasten their gloves three more times.

It is now the bottom of the 7th level of hell for the Solar Sox. With two outs the Scorpions just keep playing the 1 and 3rd merry go round for 3 more runs to make the score 10-1.

With two innings left even the A's scout that was down in the front row got up and left. First and only female scout I've seen here.

I saw Hinshaw a little here last year in IE.  Same thing pretty much all season, good at getting on base, and good wheels.  If his power develops just a bit more, he may be a better reserve option than what we've had recently.
