That was a big douche move on Weavers part. I can't believe that Scioscia even went on the field to argue the ejection.

Personally, I loved it!

Weaver is sucking this season but the guy still acts like he's the shit. Will always be one of my favorite players. I believe he'll get it together next season.

Weaver needs to hide his bitch like ways a little better. If for nothing else, the team. 

 

What Seager did is a Trout staple. Hitters attempt to do that all the time.

Weaver is still a #3 pitcher at home (62.2 innings, 2.87 ERA, 6 HRs allowed, 50 Ks).

Problem is, he's barely in the rotation caliber on the road with terrible numbers (79.2 innings, 6.21 ERA, 15 HRs allowed, only 30 Ks).

 

Crazy thing is, his WHIP difference home vs road is only around 0.10.

It's about not being able to locate his pitches on the road, for whatever reason.  

 

How the @#&& do you allow FIVE HRs lifetime to someone as bad as Jesus Montero??????? 

How the @#^%@ do you have that many Ks at home and so few on the road???????

 

And this isn't just a 2015 trend.

In 2014, 2.68 home ERA and 1.05 WHIP vs 4.70 road ERA and 1.40 WHIP

 

How much longer can they keep Weaver in the top 4 rotation spots, with such increasingly bad road numbers?

Maybe the Dogs will consider a Scioscia-Weaver package deal in the off season.

Scioscia can go back where he came from, and Weave would be moving to the weaker league.

If we could just pick up someone that can hit a baseball in the deal, we would come out ahead.
