They trust a .198 hitter at AAA to play 2B, while ignoring a .310 Hitter in Cowart. Because he is from another team. The grass is always greener across the street.

That's true, but he has looked pretty solid over his last three starts. Could spell trouble for us.

Baseball seems like the only sport where you can predict what will happen by carefully looking at all the matchups and odds, figure out who should win, and then picking the opposite team.

I think pujols lives having valbuena and Espinosa.  Keeps him from having the lowest batting average in the team.  Even revere has caught up (down?) to him.

My guess is that they'll stabilize somewhat, and end the season about 5 or 6 games under .500.  I personally think a tank is probably the best thing for the team in the long run (or even medium run...)--to definitively be out of the race by the trading deadline.  I really don't want to see them trading for marginal upgrades that aren't going to be in the picture next year or beyond.
