Combination of four wins or kings regulation losses clinches the Pacific.

 

Stars and Kings are playing tonight so don't know who to root for. Probably the Stars as it is inevitable that they lose 1 game sometime

Kings lost 5-1.  11 point lead with 8 games left for the Pacific.  Blackhawks got Sharp back and they beat the Wild last night.  Ducks have to win out to even have a chance at #1 IMO.  Chasing 5 points right now.

Don't think we will catch the Hawks.  The 4 game losing skid put a stop to that.  Lets get the division, and get healthy.  This stretch of games is just what the doctor ordered in terms of rest/home.

Bonino and Getz both on the ice for the morning skate.  Hopefully Bonino is getting close.  Would be nice to have him for the last few games of the season so he can shake the rust once the playoffs start.

The Ducks clinched a playoff berth with Detroit's loss tonight (Detroit and Dallas play each other, so only one of them can earn 59 points and tie the Ducks, assuming if the Ducks lose every game, and one of them wins every game).

 

So the Ducks clinch.  Next it's the Division.

Division is out of reach realistically.  Mathmatically they can still do it.

 

Going to watch the game with my Kings friend tonight.  So should be fun.  Probably going to a sports bar, so if they have the Angels game on, I will ask them to change it to the Ducks game.

I think you mean conference is out of reach.  Their goal should be to win the Pacific and get the 2 seed.

Crossing my fingers that the Ducks get the 2 seed and the Wild get the 7th seed. I would love to attend games 3 and 4 here in St. Paul!!
