Astros stumbling to start season, but Houston's not in trouble yet

Last year's great start to the season lead the Astros to the playoffs for the first time in a decade. This year they haven't got that cushion to fall back on. They are going to have to play catch up like the Angles have had to do the last couple of years, instead of trying to hold off the rest of the pack.

The Astros have been a sub .500 team since last May. They have some talented players for sure, but I don't see them putting it together anytime soon. Luhnow needs to use some of the farm to acquire proven major league players.

I'm not totally surprised. Sometimes a young team will have a good year followed by a down year only to figure it out the third year.
