Like the DBacks chances better....they are young and playing for jobs and paychecks next year....Royals are certainly playing for home field but Yost isn't going to stretch things too far....he'd rather have a healthy and rested team, even if he doesn't get home field....

The Diamondbacks have been playing really good baseball the last few weeks.  They want to get to .500 for the season bad.  They are playing to win for sure.  The Astros not having the DH will hurt them too.  The Diamondbacks will win this series.

 

The Royals are playing for home field advantage.  They are not going to just coast into the playoffs this weekend.  I expect the Royals to win the series because they are the better team anyways.
