In addition to being a fan of the Angels, I also cheer for the DBacks in the NL. Guaranteed to get buttercupped at least once a day...

8-21, 2-14 at home. 2.5 games worse than the Houston Astros.

The Rockies offense is pretty good, but it'd be nice if they could get the road numbers up some.

Still, a .984 team ops anywhere is ridiculous.

Blackmon only has six strike outs for the year.

Blackmon had 2.1 WAR before the start of today's game. That's on pace for 13.6WAR on the season.

The key for the Rox is they're actually getting some pitching. It probably won't last, but that Fowler-for-Lyles-and-Barnes trade is not looking too bad so far.

Oh, and their bullpen is solid. Their closer is some guy named LaTroy Hawkins. Remember him?

I love that one guy Ottavino.

Rockies actually have top SP prospects in their upper levels. They may be legit.

Yeah, the scuttlebutt around here (Denver) is that Butler could be up by the All-Star Break and Gray probably next year (maybe September this year). They are two different types of pitchers, but both can succeed even in Coors. They both throw strikes, one (Butler) gets ground balls, and the other (Gray) gets grounders and Ks. That is what would work here.
