1) Is this a normal regular thing? Or is this something that's a cause for alarm?

Not sure, could be one of two possibilities:

1. Less sodomy going on there (seems unlikely, though).

2. (Wally) Moses asked the Lord (Commissioner Manfred) to spare the center of the city.

I really thought the map was real haha.  I didn't look at the symbols too closely.

Indian wells was a dud this year. The stands were empty and usually the desert restaurants are busy, not much this year.
