Is Arturo for or against the universal DH ?

So it seems that the era of the universal DH will be upon us at some point.  I’ve seen some debate about whether Arte is for or against this.  To my mind I don’t see why he’d be against it but some people apparently think he’d be against it because it opens up more teams potentially being in on Ohtani.  I don’t think it matters that much.  What do you guys think ?
