I actually remember liking The Hitcher haha. Though I haven't seen it in like 10 years but it's reputation is actually very positive especially compared to something like Nothing But Trouble.

 

But yeah, Rutger Hauer was also good in Nighthawks as well as a lot of the early Paul Verhoeven movies like Soldier of Orange, Spetters and Flesh & Blood.

A true story. Rutger Hauer plays a Soviet Jew imprisoned in Sobibor, a Nazi death camp, who engineers the daring escape of 300 Jewish prisoners in 1943. Alan Arkin also stars. This aired on British and American TV in 1987.

I saw bladerunner but I don’t remember a darn thing about it. It wasn’t a big deal to me at all.

outside of that, I don’t remember seeing him in anything else.
