Mel Stottlemyre said on the Seattle pregame show that Felix is not 100 percent, particularly if he has to do anything other than wind up and throw. No fielding, no running to cover first. None of the actual pitcher stuff.

it's doesn't help that he's missing the glove by a fair amount.  The hr to hannigan was supposed to be outer half and drifted middle in.  Same with the one he just got away with for Cruz.  

Stuff not looking too good right now.  

That's the Nolasco you get every 4th or 5th start.  The one capable of spotting the team 6 runs.
