If the Astros sweep the Diamondbacks, and the Angels win 3/4, Angels will not make the playoffs.  If the Astros lose 2/3 to the Dbacks, Angels can go 2-2 in Texas and still tie for the Wild Card.

 

Most likely scenario would be the Astros take 2/3, and the Angels take 3/4.  The only way the Angels can make the playoffs for sure is by sweeping the Rangers.

Went to the Ranger game Tuesday night while in town for business and saw them pumping this up. Does Texas's marketing department know that the Angels' primary color is red even more than the home team? Pretty funny. A blue out makes better sense.
