My FB is pretty much only workout and joke workout pages. There are a couple of solid workout comedy sites that pump out videos like this all the time.

 

He kind of hits them all, but should have mentioned the assholes that combine these. There is always some asshole at the gym that wears those toe shoes, has on his Beats, and rocks some American Apparell stripped hipster tank top with the low hanging v-neck cut.
