I still like Garza, he's been pretty consistent his whole career and is having a rough patch in Texas. His stuff is still there, Averaging 93 on his fastball. His peripherals looks the same too, or actually a bit better.

2013 stats:

WHIP: 1.230

H/9: 8.8

BB/9: 2.3

K/9: 8.5

Career:

WHIP: 1.278

H/9: 8.5

BB/9: 3.0

K/9: 7.7

Maybe he's been a bit unlucky of late? Advanced metrics say his ERA should be at 3.84

I'm just saying if this rough patch causes his stock to drop, then I wouldn't mind him on the staff IF he came at a reasonable price.

I just don't see his stock dropping much.  the SP market is so thin.  It could scare away a couple of suitors, but I still think he gets 5/90.
