This is unbelievable.  This No Name Angel Team can win.  But every game something ridiculous happens.  This team at the very least should be at.500.  But they find a new way to flounder every game.  At this point, you can say it's the injuries.  But it might actually be the Coaching.  Really, the squeeze was a weird call with a lefty hitting.

They flounder every game because of their personnel.  That’s why they are not, and will not, be a .500 team.  At this point they are what they are.

The Angels are now 5-16 at home.  Lol, how is that even possible?

They're also now only two games better than the White Sox overall.  Might end up with the worst record in the AL soon.

Genuine question.  Why do you feel they might end up with the worst record in the AL soon?

Doing this from my feeble memory.  Angels are 15-28.  13 games under .500.  Estevez blew 3 saves.  Imagine if he just blew 1 of them That's two W's.  Trout had a couple of Walk off opportunities.  What if he got one of those.  Each of our 5 starters had games that they had one bad inning or worse yet, just one bad at bat against them.  What if all 5 starters got 1 Win each.  Right there, that a 8 game swing.  Yes. it is a lot of what ifs.  But if all the what if's occured they would be over .500.  You could even extend this and say what if Adell played in games instead of Hicks.  What if Suarez was not on this Team.  There are a lot of games that could have gone the other way.

Because they lack talent, health, and a manager who's capable of employing strategy from the 21st century.

But you're essentially just saying, "The Angels should be at .500 if they had better players who were capable of executing."  That's the thing: they don't.

Washington takes zero responsibility for that laughably bad squeeze call.  Says Guillorme didn't do his job.

I really wanted to give Wash the benefit of the doubt but that press conference was rough. If he thought Romero was around the strike zone, it speaks volumes about the recent bullpen use.

If Trout is healthy we probably win a few more games.

If Rendon is healthy and continues his better play after the bad start, we win another game or two.

And the other "ifs" mentioned above.

We're stuck with reality though.
