Anyone Try This Stuff? Colon Cleanse

I finally watched the 3 minute youtube ad for this.

The reviews really make me want to try it.

I remember these cleanses were popular in like 2013 at my workplace. There was one where you had to drink a mixture of vinegar, cayenne pepper, and honey once per day for a month straight. People claimed they'd be pooping out foods they hadn't eaten in years.

The medical consensus about "detoxes" and "cleanses" is that the body already has built-in mechanisms that accomplish the thing these products and recipes claim to accomplish.

My oldest brother has been into all of these colon cleansers for decades. He spends more time sick than I do by a long shot so I view it anecdotal that messing with your intestinal tract may not be good in the long run.

Just eat a healthy diet that is high in fiber and let your body do it's natural thing. I also recommend a good daily probiotic

Broccoli and cabbage are wonderful for this kind of diet
