Theaters for me.  I love horror films and this one is getting pretty good reviews (62% fresh).

I'll check it out eventually but I feel the concept of the film might be better than the actual film itself.

When I saw the trailer I immediately thought there is probably a more interesting/entertaining story to be told outside that house but instead they take this high concept and make a normal home invasion film out of it .
