I'm surprised the government hasn't gotten involved.  If this was happening in a professional sport, or even a corporation of scale like B of A, congressional inquiries would have been happening.  

 

I agree it's time to blow up the NCAA.  I think they do a good enough job and their theory works for D 2 and D 3 schools.  But really they are failing miserably at the D1 schools.

I think the govt may get involved.  Especially of bank records were illegally obtained.  I am pretty sure that is a federal offense.
