Ichiro, Granderson and Gardner leave Vernon as the 4th outfielder. I was watching the Yanks pre-game on YES yesterday though and they claim (broadcasters opinion) that if Wells continues hitting he is almost assured a starting spot...An easy solution would be DH but if Hafner keeps hitting the way he has it will be hard to sit him...should get interesting thats for sure.
