Qualifying offers are going up to 15.3 Mil this year...  It's going to be curious if this puts even more guys out there in FA without compensation.

SP Max Scherzer

I doubt Martin gets offered arbitration. Not so sure about Ramirez, though the Dodgers don't seem to worry about money. I could see him passing on it and then regretting it when nobody offers him that 100 million deal.

 

Sandoval probably gets offered...Cruz...that's an interesting call. Definitely a bargain this year so I'd probably offer it to him thinking if he takes it great, if not move on.

I really hope he Angels stay away from free agents with compensation attached to them. We really need to use our draft to beef up the farm..we have promising arms but position wise we are very thin
