The Dodgers, oddly enough, penned another Cuban to a 5 year deal, shortsop  Arruebarruena Erisbel. His Cuban stats are not all that impressive. Cuban baseball expert Peter Bjarkman stated: "He tries to make too many impossible plays and is dubbed Errorbarruena in Cuba as a result." He signed a contract on February 22nd and showed up 3 weeks late.

ErrorBueno and Pig are going to be a hell of a combo for the Dodgers coaching staff.

I thought they are working on a Hanley ext.?

For the first time in 16 years, the Yankees are not the highest-paying team in Major League Baseball.

While I would like to bag on them.  At least they spend the money on the field.   Part of the reason why McCourt was hated is he pocketed the money while continuing to gauge the fanbase.
