Trout and Ohtani

Let's be real that the odds of Shohei staying are lower than they are higher. It sucks but it's reality.

But for the love of God... we've been teased a few times before.... 

 

Can we PLEASE just get one solid year of these two both healthy, hitting back to back all year? No matter what happens at the end of the year, can we (and every other fan in baseball) just get a solid 6 months of watching these two play together?

And I hope it's fun enough for Ohtani to make him want to play his career alongside Trout. Like "we have a chance to be talked about for 50 years".
