I still marvel at that record.   My arms get tired just thinking of shooting 2,750 FTs, much less making every one of them.

I don't understand how some old dude can make 2750 consecutive free throws, meanwhile you'll struggle to find guys in the NBA who can shoot north of 90%.

Have the old dude run up and down the court for 45 minutes and take several other shots from different spots and from different shooting angles. Then have 4 other people run up and slap his hand after every made attempt. If he still makes 2750 straight I'll be impressed

There are guys who can't regularly make 60% in the NBA.
