Just wondering if anyone else uses this service from the US Postal Service, and what your recent experience has been with it. I am the president of a local alumni club, and I recently received a t-shirt order from out of state. In the past, I have always been able to just box up the order, weigh the package, enter the information and print the label. I have an order that has been waiting for four days because the USPS web site rejects every type of payment I try. Call their customer service line, you say. As I write this, I have been on hold for 51 minutes - and this is after having to give up after 30 minutes on a previous call.

Odd.  I send things out via ebay a lot, and never have a problem.  Even if I go direct through USPS, never had a problem.  

 

Maybe try a different shipping company likes stamps.com?
