Do we know the playoff roster yet?

I know no one wants Boesch to make it (including myself) but I am going to go out on a limb and say he does, and here's why:

Navarro can play 1st and the outfield, so you've got your backup 1st baseman right there (as well as extra outfield insurance). Cowgill will be the 3rd/4th outfielder depending on Hamilton's situation. If Hamilton is going to DH, Cowgill will likely be in his spot in the field. Cron is an absolute liability on defense and while I want his bat in the lineup over Navarro, Cowgill, and hell even Hamilton, it just isn't going to happen. I really don't see Sosh giving a valuable roster spot to a guy who can only play one position that he is absolutely horrible at. Hamilton gets in because he's Josh Hamilton, regardless of whether he can play the field or not. If the team carries 12 pitchers, I see the roster as being something like:

Pitchers: Weaver, Wilson, Shoemaker, Santiago, LeBlanc, Street, Smith, Salas, Jepsen, Morin, Rasmus, Grilli

Position players: Calhoun, Trout, Pujols, Kendrick, Aybar, Hamilton, Iannetta, Conger, Freese, Cowgill, Navarro, Beckham, Boesch

As much as I don't want Boesch on the roster, I just have a feeling he is going to be. With Hamilton's health in question, they are going to need the extra outfield help. It sucks, but hopefully Josh can get hot.

If they include Cowgill and Navarro that is more than enough OF depth. No need for Boesch.

If Hamilton will be playing the OF then yes, I agree. If he isn't, then one of Cowgill and Navarro will be starting, and that leaves them with just one outfielder on the bench.
