The Angels agreed to a one-year, $900,000 deal with left-hander Adam Kolarek, who has been with four teams over parts of seven seasons in the majors.

Kolarek, 34, was with the Dodgers in 2019 and 2020 and again in 2023, including an 0.95 ERA in 20 games in 2020. His major league ERA is 3.62 over 149-1/3 innings in 165 games.

Last season, Kolarek pitched mostly in Triple-A, with the Dodgers, Atlanta Braves and New York Mets, compiling a 3.80 ERA over 46 games. He did not allow a run in six big league innings, with the Dodgers and Mets.

Kolarek has held lefties to a .184 average over his big league career.
