Kevin Long saw Marsh’s swing. A lot of moving parts. It made sense that he led all of baseball in strikeout rate at 36.2 percent. But, no that wasn’t the number that popped out to Long.  “He was always late. He was never on time,” Long said. “So I looked up what he did against fastballs. He hadn’t pulled a right-handed fastball all year. It just didn’t make sense to me. Like, this guy hadn’t pulled a right-handed fastball?”

If only we could have traded Adell for O'Hoppe.  Of course that never would have happened.  

Let's hope that Adell will benefit from a new hitting coach.

I love Marsh, but he has a K rate above 50% in the playoffs....

But Blum is onto something, alot of guy were late on fastball up

Marsh is still (no value to the Angels)  Marsh.  The fact that he lucked out getting traded to the Phillies doesn't change anything.   
 

The Phil's would have made the series with or without Marsh.
