Tempe Diablo Stadium Renovations

Looking back an article from AZCentral, it says "Tempe and the Angels identified the construction of a new home team clubhouse as a priority and construction on that part of the project is expected to start as soon as a design and construction services agreement is approved by the City Council" and Tempe Parks Manager Craig Hayton "said he is hopeful the clubhouse will be completed by the start of the 2022 season." Does anyone know if the design and construction services agreement was approved by the City Council and if the new home team clubhouse will be completed by the start of the 2022 season?
