Insane Tiger Woods stat

I knew about his only 9 missed cuts in 301 starts but what really jumped out at me was he has only finished 40th or worse 13 times.  Amazing.

 

Hope he turns it around for the US Open.

Put simply, putting.  He was below Tiger standards for GIR but still ahead of the field but he had more 3 putts this tournament than he had the last couple years I would imagine.  Even some 4 putts.  After his meltdown Saturday he looked like he didn't even care on Sunday.  If you get a chance, check out the shot tracker for his round, it is ugly.

He had a bad weekend. I'm sure he'll hit a gazillion balls and putts between now and the Open. He'll be fine. Odd. He usually sucks at Sawgrass and crushes at the Memorial. Flipped the script this year. He may have been working on some swing things too in anticipation of the Open.
