After starting off 0-20, he's 6-22 since then, seems to be getting close to where he wants to be.

He still showed really solid plate discipline and base-stealing skills this spring. Struck out a bit more than one would hope, but I still think he's going to be a very effective LF for us, and given our last three years of production there, even a middling LF option will be a huge boon.

He swung at a lot of bad pitches. I think he'll be fine.

Unlike the rest of the offense, he is waiting for April to peak.
