One of the greatest college upsets and finishes just happened tonight

On the replay on ESPN, they showed the mother of the losing wrestler ripping her glasses off, breaking them in her hands and throwing them to the floor.

I wanted to say this is the equivalent of a #16 seed beating a #1 seed in the March Madness tournament, but it’s not.

Its way crazier, and not just because he beat Spencer Lee, it’s HOW he beat him.  He pinned him.  And Matt Ramos is only a sophomore.  That is truly amazing.

It was weird. I go back and forth on the out of bounds points he was awarded......but him overturning that double leg into almost a weird crucifix type thing with the arms, but the awareness to move the hips over for the pin was a thing of beauty. I keep watching it.

Unfortunately, I watched the final and he kind of got worked. But this was an upset for the ages. Something to hang his hat on and build off of.

I also saw Penn St. won the national title. It's something like 10 of 12 years they've won it. Just wild.
