Could Scioscia have challenged the call?

Let me first state that up 8-0 in the 9th, it would have been poor taste to challenge the foul tip that wasn't, and the Angels should have put the Fish away without allowing the runs, but it raised a question for me. Is that call something Scioscia could have challenged. It's not technically balls and strikes because it's instead questioning the call of a foul tip. The replay showed that there was no foul tip.

Infield foul ball calls are explcitly not reviewable. Infield fly calls aren't reviewable either. That bogus infield fly in Atlanta a couple years ago would have been non reviewable today.
