Remember when Richards struck out the side on 9 pitches? I think that was a result of the scouting reports. It seems that every team has been advised that Angels pitchers will not throw a strike 0-2. Ever. And rarely on 1-2. The hitters don't even seem tempted to swing even at close pitches. Maybe it's time to take advantage of this.

I feel like I've seen Iannetta call a fastball on 0-2 counts several times only to get burned.
