This may sound weird coming from me, but I really hope he gets a shot somewhere. A new job could light a fire under his ass, the problem was he just got way too complacent here.

I think Ausmus is a scapegoat for 2019 and he never got a fair shot with the awful pitching staff he was given. If this means we get Maddon back though, I am totally for it. If we get another Ausmus type, it's a very odd move.

Noe has always annoyed the shit out of me but I now respect him after tonight. That reminded me of Lackey.

Just saw this funny video of Skaggs and Valbuena with Ohtani. So sad they're both gone now. I know Valbuena's death didn't get as much attention because it was offseason and he wasn't with team anymore, but brutal that two guys from last year are gone.

Used to seeing Trout and Upton especially as pretty calm and collected guys, touching to see their raw emotion tonight. Some real quality human beings on this club, we lost a great one with Tyler.

Gutsy performance by the team tonight, one of the more emotional games I've ever watched.

Victor and Gubi have done a great job tonight. I feel like I've learned a lot more about who Tyler was through their announcing.

Obviously nothing can compare to the Skaggs tragedy, but seeing La Stella go down like that on a day like today was unsettling. Hope it wasn't as bad as it looked.

RIP. Crazy to think that two guys from our team last year have passed away (Skaggs and Valbuena).

I'm a Millennial, and Russo's kind of right in the context of regular people (not necessarily sure about baseball though), though I'd consider myself an exception as I work my ass off and do very good running my own business. I do know people my age who are hard working, but just haven't made good decisions education, job, and money wise. I know some who are afraid of criticism, for example there's this one guy who has done some off and on work for me on my website, and I could give him significantly more work for more money (and have offered to), but he can't handle the criticism you get from your name being out there a lot by readers, so he won't do it despite the money it'd make him without having to even get off his ass. I have a friend who is 26 and has never had a job, and still lives at home with his multi-millionaire father. He is very intelligent, but has zero work ethic. I have another friend (who doesn't have a millionaire father, and didn't have a lot of money) who a couple of years ago spent a few thousand dollars on buying cologne, wish I was kidding.

Meanwhile professional Mike Scioscia impersonator Bob Johnson is enjoying a nice dinner and retirement in Hawaii when he is suddenly ambushed by @FabulousFabregas's paparazzi friend. Mr Johnson did not tip his cap and turn the page on this day as the photo sent to AW.com would be the last we ever heard from this mysterious friend. RIP
My friend who sent me this is actually in Japan right now, so who knows who sent it to him, lol.
I actually live fairly close to one of Scioscia's homes hilariously enough. I've only ever seen him one time though in the area in the last few years (my kayaking post from last month).

FabFab is a weird dude though, when it comes to Scioscia.
There's nothing weird about how I watch Angels games with my Scioscia blowup doll.
Astros should hire Mike Scioscia as new manager
