There is a good reason C.J. Cron is not on a team right now. No reason to defy logic. 

If he is going to put up a 22 type year, or even close, it gives you options. Keep him and ride him or listen to trade proposals in July. If he keeps it up, he’d be attractive to contenders. 

And maybe they’ve seen enough of Plesac that they’re not concerned if someone claims him.  

Hopefully Anderson can show his last start wasn’t a fluke. 

Adell needs to get more shots.

One run out of the bases loaded and no outs is very disappointing.

Because it doesn't develop players you need to have for the next 5 years in Moniak and Adell, while Sano struggles to pick up another bench job next season. The same can be said for Hicks. He is another borderline veteran bench guy given playing time over younger guys, with a higher ceiling, that need to be on the field.
Washington is playing too safe thinking this year is about winning a wildcard over creating the finished 2025 roster. They have a very slim chance of a wildcard slot this season and none next year if Moniak and Adell don't get their skills honed this year. 

If we are in a transition year, why in hell are we playing Sano over Adell.

Angels fans get pissed off at Pujols, Hamilton and Upton not performing for their $30+ million a year salaries. They don't get the $3 million dollar investments in Latin America being destroyed was more important. 

After getting busted in 2010 (we can debate the legitimacy of it), they basically shutdown all Latin scouting. Considering how many players in the Majors come feom Latin America, that was beyond a bad decision. 
 
 
DiPoto started to rebuild the Latin presence. Eopler built it more, and it seems that Perry is investing even more. 
 
Certain positions, such as catching, are better suited in many ways to coming from Latin America. One can never get enough Latin pitchers because pitching from all sources is necessary. 
So hearing Perry talk about getting more talent out of LTin America was a good thing. 

It's possible.  It's also very possible they're all cowards and afraid of the mob.
We do know one thing: Whatever information they do have must not amount to criminal behavior. And if that is the case, then not only is Whore #1 lying, but Whores #2 and #3 are as well.  Big surprise.

I doubt that he was. The trade should have happened. Maybe he would have wound up extending wherever he was sent, somewhere other than the Dodgers.
