Fletcher and Stefanic are two that I'd definitely recall.  No team is going to claim Fletcher's deal, so we may as well recall him, have him finish the season, then outright him again.  
Stefanic is going to become a MLFA at season's end, very unlikely that he re-signs with us again, he's more of an Oakland type of player anyway, until they move to Vegas and 10X their revenue streams.

I think you have to give Jordyn Adams another shot and let him work through his defensive issues in the big leagues so that he gets confidence here in the show. The kid has been excellent defensively in the minors this year. 
Adams has had his best season offensively this season and he's still only 23 years old, slashing .267/.348/.461 with 13 HR and 39 SB.

OK, Sandoval, pitch around Lindor, McNeil, and Alonzo.  It doesn't mean walk them.  Let the rest of the team try to beat the Angels.  
This would be a good time for Schanuel to go deep.

If Schanuel can go 20-25 HR a season, and continue with low K rates, and high walk and OBP rates, then he will be a star on this team

I would love to see the kind of numbers Ohtani could put up while focusing solely on hitting.  

Adams should bunt for that first hit.  I'd love to see that 80 grade speed on first base a couple of times tonight. 

We won't be seeing any more of Jared Walsh, then.  Or C.J. Cron.

Ohtani is great where he is, as our number one starter.  All closers hit a bump in the road now and then.  
A bullpen with Estevez, Lopez, and Soriano is pretty damn good. 

Andy Blake assigned to Tri-City from ACL Angels.  I hope he continues to progress.  I think he may be another name to look at as a 3B down the road. 

I'd say it was mostly about drafting.  From the mid-60's on, the Angels rarely drafted the best players available.  Often, it was about signability.  In the FA era, Mr. Autry had the same weakness that Arte has, he wanted to pay for what the player had already done, not what he was going to do.  
This is what is happening right now with Anthony Rendon.  His best years were with Washington, obviously.  I doubt the Angels ever see that player again. 

This is why we made the deal for Grichuk.  Ward's injury had us in a bind.  I wouldn't mind a swap of one of our MINF types for another OF.  And, maybe another bullpen arm. 

The Angels will go back under the threshold after the season, when Stassi goes off the books.  
That personal issue must be something very bad, to keep him away all season.  My best to his family.
