    The Masters.

Scheffler is a golfing machine. It's his Masters to lose.

Woods is starting to falter on Day 2. Second straight bogey after a birdie on the 3rd hole. His disgust is evident as he too-casually rolls in his bogey putt with one hand.

Spieth having a tough start to 2024.

Scheffler is amazing, and he “should” be there at the end, if he can survive the late tee time today and the wind they are expecting later.

The game I’m rooting for is Will Zalatoris.  It would make his comeback complete.

And if I could bottle up a swing, it would be his swing with Max Homa’s swing a close second.

    Just watched Spieth's 9 on yesterday's 15th hole. Yikes.

    He appears lost out there.

I love Speith as he seems like a genuinely good guy, but damn….he’s a roller coaster.  Last weeks adventure on 18, todays implosion on 15….its nuts.

He’s so good when he’s on, but he definitely has swing thoughts creeping into his head.

You buy your tickets through the Angels?

    Bruce Campbell Hello GIF

    I wasn’t trying to be a dick @James.  I was being serious.  I don’t buy tickets.  I have tickets.

Every once in a while I get an email asking about service and food, etc.  let them know your thoughts.  It can’t hurt.  I was saying your opinions were good.

    He's just sitting there.

I'd rather sign Cron and cut Hicks. Let JA play more and Sano become regular DH. Cron is a better back-up option at 1B than what we have.

    No……fucking…….way.

    nope.  No

"A staple of that montage has been the inclusion of Angels owner Arte Moreno. A video of Moreno holding his own jersey up at a press conference has long been mixed into other highlights that include no-hitters, playoff wins, celebrations of the franchise’s all-time greats and even just nostalgic images of fans twirling stuffed monkeys in the air.

On Friday, loud cheers erupted whenever Trout came up — his Rookie of the Year, his cycle and his three MVPs, all noted. Voracious boos accompanied Shohei Ohtani’s inclusion, his Rookie of the Year, cycle and MVPs all met with disdain, surprisingly loud, even in light of Ohtani’s departure to sign a $700 million contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Then, there was Moreno, the man who is perhaps most logically to blame for Ohtani’s departure. His appearance was and always has been brief — no longer than a few seconds. If this were a Tuesday night in mid-May, it would have come and gone, not internalized long enough to even be noticed and forgotten.

But on Friday night, the home opener, the fans let him hear it. The crowd’s anger was unambiguous. And he was in attendance to witness it, likely from his second-floor suite.

The next night, in front of a much more subdued Saturday evening audience, Moreno’s place in the montage had been nixed. The same held true on Sunday. The rest of the montage appears largely untouched."

Arte taking his imagine and going home.

I didn't get food so I can't speak on that side of the concessions. Lines seemed long and normal for an opening day from what I saw. Beer selection throughout the stadium still lacked quality draft craft beer. I would like to see better support of the local Anaheim/Orange breweries. San Diego does this with wheeled carts where they have about 6 to 8 local breweries pouring side by side. Most tap out early, that's fine! I utilized the markets since the draft wasn't great. Local cans were limited to Brewery X Halo Light and their IPA. For stadium beers, not terrible just lacks "diversity" and the same as last year overall. The Halos can do much with supporting their local business and create those partnerships.

My 8-year-old will rave about the Chocolate Chip cookie bucket. It's the kid's version of Helmet Nachos.

Angels.com is your place to let them know @James.

Do you get these surveys after attending games?  Great suggestions.  Let them know.
