Voted Mariners because I live in Seattle.
It's OK. The Mariners have granted me special bandwagon fan status for the rest of the playoffs.
Then I can go back to rooting for my team that has eight straight losing season and has not made the playoffs since 2014.

An owner that limits an mlb team in the Southern California market (and probably all the existing markets) to a $140 million dollar payroll A: is lying about wanting to win and B: has an extremely dubious ability to actually afford to own and manage an MLB team.

What is wrong with Los Angeles Angels? It's what they originally were.
Should we change the NY Giants and NY Jets to the New Jersey Giants and the New Jersey Jets?

Why? They started in Los Angels as the PCL Angels in Wrigley Field. When an AL team was formed they played out of Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. They are a Los Angeles legacy team.
Anaheim is and has always been associated with Disneyland. 

If Trump bought the Angels, it would be entertaining. 
- There'd be so much turnover in the front office. A new GM every six months. 
- The team would win ball games again. 
- There'd be a lot more reporters snooping around the clubhouse.
