FFS, some real cry babies in this thread. It's just baseball. You win some, you lose some. It's a long season. I'm just glad I get to watch a full season and I'm going to watch as many games as I can.
With everything else going on in the world, losing a game is a small thing. Yes, it sucks - but this season is just getting started and I'll be damned if I'm going to miss watching Trout and Ohtani because one day, that show will end. I'm going to soak it all up.
 

Guys, we may be overreacting here a bit. 
Fowler is probably going to be our 4th OF. Nobody said he's going to start in RF. He could back up Trout in CF and whoever ends up being our starting RF on a occasion. He could be mostly brought in for that reason and for his clubhouse presence. 

This is a good time to remind people that you should never ever ever ever try to know what’s going on inside a person based on how he looks on TV. 
 
I read comments all the time about who has “fire” and who “cares” and all that nonsense. 
 
We know very little about any of these guys besides how well they play baseball. 

I was really fortunate to get Joe Maddon on my podcast yesterday to talk about Angels baseball and the growth of the game here in the UK.
But amongst what I found to be a really interesting conversation (although some of you may not) - he confirmed that the Angels are still looking to add 1-2 more starting pitchers and that he believes there a lot of good players still out there (which suggests the free agent market) and also confirms again the desire to go with the six man rotation.
He really hyped up Brandon Marsh as someone we should see this year and also loves Reid Detmers

I don’t agree with anything Shilling stands for but this is an obvious witch hunt. It’s pretty embarrassing to be honest.
 
Schilling is a hall of fame pitcher. Period.

Based on what Schilling has done on the baseball field, especially in the postseason he should be a Hall of Famer yesterday. 
It's too bad that exercising first amendment rights has any bearing on getting selected to Major League Baseball's Hall of Fame. 
The man didn't cheat like Bonds, A-Rod and Clemens. He should be in there based on his merits at his profession. 
It's stupid. 

Maybe the Angels can get a discount on Bauer if they sign Puig since they have the same agent.😉

PLOT TWIST:
What if they say they're open to trading him because of that happened in that final game? What if Blake Snell has expressed being extremely disappointed with the coaching strategies and wants out? 
No idea why a team that was a few wins away from a World Series is trading a star pitcher (other than payroll).  

i've said it several times, but i'd trade adell before i traded marsh. i think marsh is going to be the better player.

Can we get Adell taking balls at 1B and get a real OFer Marsh to take his place shhheeeeshhh

Hey I'll make sure to posts pics for you guys if you'd like. 

One more thing about ST. It's really the best way to get your family to be "all in" on the Angels. The experiences and opportunity to see the players up close and personal will create memories you will never forget. My wife was always a good fan, but once we went to ST and she got to actually talk to players, take pictures with them, etc. - she really became a big time fan.  We still talk about some of our experiences, years later. We have a million Torii Hunter stories because he was the absolute best with fans.  I'm guessing that's something he passed on to Mike Trout. Your kids will absolutely love it.  You get to see the "human" side of these guys. You won't look at them the same way once you have a chance to interact with them. Most of them are solid dudes. There are always a couple of meat heads, but for the most part - they're a fun bunch.
@Angelfan79 have an awesome time. I'm envious. I started looking back at some of my old blog posts and I really miss going. The fan experience is just awesome.

This will get ignored by too many on here. Bad enough that it gets ignored by outside fans, but at least its understandable (cant expect casual followers to remember people who werent big names).
In what, 3 years give or take, we lost roughly our whole rotation to TJ. It came on the heels of blowing our wad on pujols, hamilton and wilson. With no farm to supplement.
The only way out of it would have been to trade trout, and tank for a few years.
But people ignore, just as we say today "trout window", there was a pujols window, too..... this is why i keep stressing they need to focus on the adell one rather than the trout one.
