What’s funny is that Rojas isnt a very experienced player himself.  He’s just playing Rojas cuz, reasons.  It’s not like he’s lighting the world on fire.  The Rojas thing is very bizarre.  This is a bench player at best and he’s taking reps from their most highly regarded prospect/player in a decade.  I guess Adell is playing today.  When Ward comes back they need to send him down to AAA.  Play him every day or don’t.  I’ve never been big on 2nd guessing managers.  Maybe that’s  the Scioscia effect - but I find myself really not liking Maddon often. 

Best player plays.  Adell is better than Rojas, sorry.  
If Maddon wants to ruin Adell, or turn him into a scrub, the time share will do it, for sure.
 
 

I think they're a fringe WC contender but could get there with some surprise contributions, etc. It's just hard to see it coming to fruition when they have a manager who will certainly get less out of the team because of his inane decisions

I don't know why I'm even invested so far.

Arguably my biggest issue with the the team, which Maddon may or may not be contributing to is the team just seems completely mentally weak.  They play with no edge, they don’t ever seem pissed about any amount of poor play, the starters are the most prone to blowing up of any team in the league, you look at every contending team and they play with substantially more heart, emotion, and energy than the Angels do, and that to me is one of the biggest reasons they’re continuously mediocre.  Just appears to be the acceptable standard at all levels of the organization.

They need an owner that is willing to spend money on pitching for both the rotation and bullpen.  They also need an owner who lets the GM do their job and stops interfering all the time.

Other teams bring up prospects and they actually play well. We bring up a consensus top 5 prospect and he looks completely out of his element. Not even blaming anyone, this is just so hilariously Angels.

Your mistake was tuning in for his speech.  I can't imagine there's ever been a US president less capable of dealing with this situation than Trump.  He literally thinks he knows everything or rather when he hears something it's gospel and he just runs with it.  Good leaders actually rely on the people they surround themselves with while Trump is the antithesis of that.

Yea, I absolutely want this trade to happen.  I fully understand for this trade to happen it means the Dodgers improve, but I really don’t care.  My love of the Angels outweighs my hatred of the Dodgers or even the Red Sox.  The Dodgers are going to improve anyway.  The fact that they are above and beyond anyone else in baseball at drafting and more importantly developing, and they still haven’t won is a little surprising.  And in case I haven’t said it recently fuck the Astros.
